Employment Opportunities
About Jocelyn Eve Counseling
This practice was built with a vision for a better launching pad for early career clinicians and those of us who miss the camaraderie of being a part of a team.
At Jocelyn Eve Counseling we don’t just accept difference—we celebrate it and are always seeking to learn from each other’s diverse lived experiences in order to continually build a more inclusive work environment. We strive to represent the communities we serve and values the interest of diverse candidates.
We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.
Current Openings
We are looking for part time and/or full time clinicians to join our small group practice. We have an office location in North Cambridge. While the practice provides a steady stream of referrals, we seek clinicians who are willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community. Candidates must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our growing team of connected, and healing justice minded group of clinicians.
We are currently looking for clinicians who work with children, teens, and adults, to join our growing practice. We are motivated to hire LGBTQIA+ aligned, diverse and bilingual therapists.
This is a unique opportunity to work in an outpatient setting with a trauma-informed and holistic lens for the transformative power of therapy. As a disability inclusive and trauma informed practice, we offer part-time and full-time opportunities. We are looking for providers who would be able to remote work.
Create a Culture of Wellness & Belonging
We realize the strength of our practice is our work culture. We believe in creating a workplace with a culture of interdependence that is inclusive of clinicians with disabilities and of all staff who bring with them different learning, communication, and work styles. We recognizes that everyone in the workplace needs some support from someone else. Reasonable accommodations will be provided in the hiring process.
The intention is to co-create a one-stop-shop for therapist focused support.
It will house the Zoom links for our bi-weekly group consultation group as well as have access to live, synchronous casual chit-chat, co-working/body doubling, and quick brain picks (beyond the structured and routine consultation meeting). Clinicians can notify others to of when they intend to be in the co-work space so others can join as they’re able.
This is an intentional space to provide therapists community outside of their role. A space where we can talk about books we are enjoying, hobbies that bring us joy, experiences we are looking forward to, and share parts of ourselves that there isn't always ample space for in a lot of “professional” spaces.
Access: In order to join, you must be a mental health provider. While this is not primarily a space for consultation, the limited scope is to help protect the purpose in joining participating providers.
Privacy: Safeguard your personal information. Avoid sharing sensitive data or contact details in public channels. This is NOT a HIPAA compliant platform so refrain from sharing any PHI or client identifying information.
Note: Additional guideposts in the About section of the forum to ensure we’re co-creating a space we feel comfortable in.

“Certainly, despite disability accommodations meaning to involve questions of reasonableness, the attitude of inconvenience remains a challenge…
…The message is ‘you belong,’ is a message students with mental disabilities deserve to hear just as much as any other.” KATHLEEN A. TARR, J.D.
